Overview

When fully developed, Algodón Center will encompass approximately 1,000-acres; a Master Planned Business and Commerce Park centrally located within the cities of Phoenix and Avondale, Arizona. Situated in the heart of the Agua Fria Freeway (Loop 101) Business Corridor, it taps into a skilled, diverse, and plentiful labor pool.
